Thought I’d start on a diary, after deriving much pleasure from reading through Brennen’s musings.
I finally entered the wonderful world of .mod sound files today, after downloading Yamp and perusing the archives at http://martinet.simplenet.com/ (now defunct). Interesting idea, really: record small .wav files, then repeat and modulate them as necessary to create a complete song.
Also bought Final Fantasy VII. I must say, so far it’s as impressive as everyone says it is. Good story, interesting characters (though the website leaves something to be desired).
